We’re delighted to welcome Kevin Lawrence to Recyclus Group as our new Head of Operations.

Kevin brings over 32 years of experience across waste management, recycling, and fleet operations, with a proven track record of delivering operational improvements, cost savings, and strategic business growth. During his career, he has driven significant results, including scaling revenues, delivering major cost efficiencies, and leading complex multi-site operational improvements.

His strength lies in operational scalability—optimising processes, increasing throughput, and improving efficiency without compromising on quality, safety, or compliance. Kevin has successfully implemented lean methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance margins, ensuring businesses are well-positioned for sustainable growth.

Alongside this, Kevin brings strong commercial acumen, consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing key customer relationships. His ability to align operational performance with commercial strategy will be instrumental as Recyclus continues to expand.

A highly experienced leader, Kevin has built and developed high-performing teams, embedding accountability and a results-driven culture across organisations. He is equally comfortable working at board level and engaging with frontline teams, ensuring alignment across all levels of the business.
