Recyclus Group Welcomes Martino Rizzo as New Business Development Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Martino Rizzo as Business Development Manager at Recyclus Group.

Martino joins us with more than a decade of experience in global metals trading and recycling, having held senior leadership roles across commercial and operational functions. His extensive background includes trading in non-ferrous and specialty alloys, overseeing multi-million-pound recycling operations, and driving business growth in highly regulated and competitive sectors.

Most recently, Martino served as Senior Trader at William Rowland Ltd, where he was responsible for the procurement and sales of high-value alloy materials, contract negotiation, and the development of new commercial opportunities across domestic and international markets. Prior to that, he held the position of General & Commercial Manager at ELG Metals UK Ltd, managing a high-volume recycling facility and leading both commercial and operational teams.

His hands-on approach, combined with a strategic mindset and deep knowledge of hazardous waste regulations, commercial development, and health and safety compliance, make him exceptionally well-suited to support Recyclus Group’s next phase of growth.

We are confident Martino will play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial partnerships and advancing our mission to create sustainable, circular solutions for battery recycling in the UK and beyond.
