Driving Efficiency: Equipment Upgrades Boost Recyclus Plant Output

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, Recyclus Group recently carried out a planned shutdown at one of our battery recycling plants to implement a series of equipment upgrades.

Key enhancements included the installation of an odour abatement system and a local exhaust ventilation (LEV) system, as well as the replacement of key components within our shredder.

These upgrades have already delivered tangible benefits, including an increase in the tonnage of batteries processed and improved quality of recovered outputs.

The work reflects our ongoing investment in safe, efficient, and sustainable recycling technologies as we continue to scale our operations in line with growing demand.
