Apr 10, 2025 | Company Announcements, Li-Ion Battery Recycling

We are pleased to announce that Recyclus Group has signed a 12-month contract with a global industrial group to recycle lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries.

Under the agreement, Recyclus will receive gate fees for processing end-of-life Li-ion batteries and generate revenues from the sale of recovered materials, including black mass.

This marks Recyclus’ largest contract win to date and is the latest in a series of new customer agreements, reinforcing the strength of our cradle-to-cradle Li-ion battery recycling solution and growing reputation in the industry.

Alex Stanbury, Co-Founder and Director of Recyclus Group, commented:

“Securing a 12-month contract with a global major is a significant milestone. It reflects the strong momentum we’ve built and the confidence leading manufacturers place in our ability to meet the rising demand for sustainable recycling solutions.”

Recyclus remains committed to advancing industrial-scale solutions that address the growing challenge of battery waste and support the global shift toward electrification.
