Recyclus Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of New SHEQ Manager to Support Strategic Growth

We are pleased to welcome Richie Bevan to Recyclus Group as our new SHEQ Manager (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality).

Richie brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering and recycling, including over a decade dedicated to health, safety and environmental leadership. A results-driven SHEQ professional, he has successfully developed and led comprehensive programmes that strengthen compliance, mitigate risk and enhance operational performance while prioritising the well-being of employees and the environment.

He holds an IEMA Diploma in Sustainable Business Practice, is a Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and is a certified Senior Authorised Person for EV and battery systems — expertise that aligns strongly with the safety and environmental demands of advanced battery recycling.

As Recyclus continues to scale its operations, Richie’s proven ability to lead multi-site strategies, embed proactive safety cultures, and maintain internationally recognised standards, including ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001, will be instrumental in supporting our growth strategy. His leadership will help ensure we expand responsibly, uphold the highest safety and environmental standards, and build a resilient operational framework for the future.
